And yes… you get paid for this. MYNE Homes is looking for a full-time Content Creator (m/f/x) to join the marketing team. You’ll travel across dream holiday destinations all over Europe to create scroll-stopping content. One week per month, you’ll join the marketing team in Berlin for company content and post-production. If luxury travel, creativity, and storytelling are your passion — this is your moment. Tasks Europe becomes your studio - Travel to MYNE’s luxury holiday homes to create engaging, video and photo content in an authentic handheld style. - Own the full workflow: concept development, shot planning, filming, editing, and final delivery. Collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing team on content planning and concept ideation. - Produce platform-optimized content for Instagram and Linkedin, ensuring an authentic to social but still premium and consistent brand presence. - Capture both structured and spontaneous moments that showcase properties, destinations, and lifestyle — including behind-the-scenes moments, work-in-progress renovations, and compelling lifestyle snapshots. - Deliver both natural, raw handheld content and more polished, elevated visuals — confidently switching between styles. - Spend one week per month in Berlin to shoot company-focused content and collaborate on post-production. - Edit all material into compelling reels, shorts, and long-form videos aligned with MYNE’s brand aesthetic. - Track social media trends relevant to Instagram and Linkedin and propose new ideas and formats. - Travel between filming locations (flying or driving, valid driver’s license is required). Requirements You create content people actually feel - You’re based near a central airport (near Palma on Mallorca would be absolutely ideal) and are excited to work from Europe’s most beautiful destinations. - You’re a creative storyteller with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail. - Confident behind and in front of the camera, capable of hosting and presenting naturally in English. Additional German is a strong plus. - Skilled in handheld shooting while maintaining a premium, luxury look and feel — and able to switch seamlessly between raw, natural social style and more polished, elevated production. - Experienced editor capable of turning raw footage into high-performing social content. - Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing full end-to-end production. - A strong collaborator who enjoys working with the internal teams and external partners. - Excited to travel frequently and work independently across multiple locations. - Deep understanding of social media formats, trends, and best practices.
