As the TA Business Partner, you are a key member of the Talent Acquisition team responsible for executing the defined talent acquisition strategy and processes to hire top talent for dentsu. Reporting to a Hub Manager or Career Advocate, you partner with TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners and Hiring Managers to define recruiting strategies and move identified talent through the interview process. The role focuses on external talent mapping and benchmarking, diversity & inclusion, external sourcing, interviewing, candidate management and negotiation, and employment branding. You will set expectations with hiring managers about timelines and market insights, coordinate with TA teams and hiring teams to shepherd candidates through the process, extend offers in coordination with career advocates and hiring managers, maintain high data quality in the applicant tracking system (Workday), and act as a mentor and coach to more junior TA team members.
