Essential responsibilities include arriving well-groomed and on-time, quickly making drinks, setting up for events, keeping the bar stocked and clean, knowledge of menus, serving bottles of wine professionally, abiding by all policies and laws, communicating issues, handling food safely, assisting with opening/closing duties, and treating all members, guests, and team members with respect. Knowledge and skills required include mixing and serving drinks, billing through NorthStar POS, physical ability to stand and lift up to 70 pounds, good communication, adherence to safety standards, and maintaining a positive attitude. Qualifications include a high school diploma or G.E.D., at least 3 years of high-profile bartending experience, knowledge of beverages, excellent member service skills, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and minimum age of 21.
