The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will join the Platforms team to support SaaS products, focusing on system performance, automation, and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, improving platform reliability, implementing monitoring and incident response systems, conducting root cause analyses, ensuring scalability, developing infrastructure as code, and collaborating with engineering teams to define SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs. The role requires experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), PHP development, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation), scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python), and observability tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana).
