Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborating effectively with HR, IT, and other departments & stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of IAM processes.
- Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement within daily IAM operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and solutions.
- Supporting the response to access-related security incidents, providing initial analysis and assistance with remediation efforts.

Key Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English - Spanish) B1/B2 is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar; Post-graduate degree in cyber/information security is a plus.
