The Senior Community Manager oversees the management of a portfolio of Jubilee Housing properties. The incumbent will ensure the financial, physical, and overall operational health of the properties within the assigned portfolio while supervising and collaborating with a team of Community Managers, Assistant community Managers, and Facilities Team. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing resident needs, preparing budgets, overseeing inspections, managing community emergencies, handling cash management, maintaining asset inventories, and collaborating with Resident Services Coordinators to provide activities and resolve issues. The role requires high-level customer service, effective communication, and leadership skills. The position involves working with property management software, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
