Senior Cost Accounting Manager

The Senior Cost Accounting Manager will work closely with manufacturing operations and Supply Chain, responsible for preparing standard cost reports, analyzing manufacturing variances, reviewing bills of materials for standard costs, supporting new product costing, assisting with month-end close and reporting, and communicating insights and opportunities to management. The role includes preparing monthly financial information, assisting with month-end closing, tracking inventory adjustments, supporting cost roll processes, participating in budgeting and physical inventories, investigating variances, and supporting special projects. The position requires a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, 7+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing, preferably in biotech or pharma, and ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred). Strong knowledge of GAAP, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently are essential.
