This is a Defined Term position, designated by the Alliance, with a limited duration until December 31, 2026. The role involves developing, managing, and supporting risk adjustment programs, managing projects to achieve strategic goals, and serving as a risk adjustment subject matter expert. The team focuses on accurate coding, reimbursement, and data insights to support health plan goals, including Medicare and Medi-Cal programs. The candidate should have experience building and scaling risk adjustment programs, provider education skills, and the ability to build internal partnerships. Responsibilities include analyzing data, guiding complex risk activities, managing projects, and providing leadership. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least eight years of healthcare finance or analytics experience, including three years supporting risk adjustment programs. The work environment is hybrid, with remote interviews and some in-person attendance. Compensation varies by location, with specific salary ranges provided for different zones.
