Key Responsibilities: Serve as the go-to expert for testing and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving issues related to software upgrades, system imaging, and hardware deployments. Provide support for hardware and software issues across multiple device types, both on-site and remotely. Ensure excellent customer service by meeting SLA and XLA targets. Collaborate with internal Kyndryl teams and strategic partners such as Microsoft. Identify opportunities for modernization and automation, presenting innovative ideas to enhance the end-user experience and reduce costs. Support projects involving the deployment of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
