We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-grade solutions built with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. This role will partner with business and IT leaders to modernize processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and scale low-code capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on engineering expertise, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to mentor delivery teams while ensuring solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end solution architecture and delivery across the Power Platform, translating complex business needs into scalable, secure solutions, defining standards, designing data models, building Power BI models, integrating with Microsoft 365 and Azure, managing environment strategy and governance, mentoring teams, troubleshooting issues, and producing technical documentation.

Qualifications include 6+ years in application development, automation, analytics, or related roles, with 4+ years of Power Platform experience, proven solution design leadership, advanced expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, experience with ALM and DevOps, REST APIs, JSON, and strong communication skills.

The salary range is $145,000 - $170,000 per year.
