This role will lead the development, negotiation, review, and administration of government contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, nondisclosure agreements, strategic partnering agreements, and other commercial and federal agreements. This is a highly visible position responsible for protecting ASI's legal and business interests while enabling growth and maintaining strong customer and industry relationships.Requirements:<ul><li> Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.</li><li> Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (active or eligible to serve as in-house counsel).</li><li> 8–12+ years of experience in federal government contracts, including significant experience serving as a Government Contracts Attorney or senior government contracts professional.</li><li> Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, contract formation, bid protests, claims, subcontracting, intellectual property, and federal procurement regulations.</li><li> Demonstrated experience negotiating complex government contracts and commercial agreements.</li><li> Strong ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with government officials, subcontractors, teaming partners, executives, and outside counsel.</li><li> Excellent drafting, analytical, and legal writing skills.</li><li> Ability to balance legal risk with practical business objectives.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li> Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.</li></ul>
