This role is responsible in supporting our Academic Director with organizing and managing the academic program, supporting classroom structure, and ensuring that each student receives the educational support they need. The Academic Coordinator collaborates closely with therapists, teachers, and families to align academic goals with therapeutic objectives.

Located in the tranquil surroundings of Spanish Fork, Utah, our campus serves as both a treatment center and a nurturing home for adolescent girls aged 14 to 18 and their families. We specialize in addressing complex issues such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, and mental health nuances, providing comprehensive and compassionate care.

Responsibilities include facilitating daily academic engagement, maintaining classroom organization, managing student records, collaborating with therapists and staff, and communicating with parents to support student progress.

Qualifications include being 21+ years old, having a high school diploma or G.E.D, ability to pass background checks and drug screening, possessing a Utah driver’s license or ability to obtain one, and being able to perform CPR and First Aid. Preferred experience includes working with adolescents and education background.
