Allocate (Atlas Fund Services, LLC) builds the operating system for private markets and supports fund accounting and administration for funds and feeder vehicles on its platform. The Fund Accountant will own day-to-day fund operations across financial accounting, capital calls and distributions, investor and financial reporting, and cash management. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements, capital account statements, and investor-level allocations; interpreting fund legal documents and applying economic terms to allocations, waterfalls, and fee calculations; partnering with external service providers across banking, legal, audit, and tax; working with the software development team to scope, test, and implement automation and efficiency improvements; supporting fundraising, diligence, and investor relations processes; leading special projects aligned with strategic priorities; and contributing to compliance policies and process documentation.
