MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Field Technician to join our team in Altadena, California. This is a temporary position. Responsibilities include resolving a broad range of technical issues supporting customer’s computer and mobile hardware, software, and network issues; installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software; maintaining records using ServiceNow; supporting outside normal hours; learning customer environments; and alerting management to issues. Qualifications include a bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical discipline or at least 3 years relevant experience; experience with ServiceNow; understanding of Apple 15.3.1 Sequoia; experience with desktop imaging, Active Directory, Windows 11, Linux-RedHat 7, Apple Jamf, PIV, TFA/RSA, and mobile devices. Preferred certifications include Apple (ACMT, ACSP), Windows (MCSE, MOS), and CompTIA A+. Must be a U.S. citizen willing to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Physical requirements involve operating a computer and communicating effectively. The projected salary range is $37,300.00 to $61,300.00, with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, PTO, holiday pay, disability, retirement, learning opportunities, wellness programs, and more.
