For an international distributor focusing on flavours and food ingredients, we are seeking a Head of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Management (m/f/d). The role involves team leadership of 6 employees, strategic responsibility for quality and regulatory affairs, regulatory assessment and product specifications, quality management and certifications, risk management and crisis processes, and supplier and interface management. The position requires a degree or training in food technology, biotechnology, chemical engineering, quality management, or similar, with experience in QM/QS/regulatory affairs for food and beverages, supplier management, audits, and regulatory strategies. Knowledge of QM systems (ISO 9001, HACCP, IFS) and risk management is preferred. Fluency in German and English is essential, along with strong communication and organizational skills, and experience in food safety. The role offers a 4-day office and 1-day home office workweek.
