You will work independently across time zones, collaborating with global teams in sales, engineering, product, and customer success, and help lay the foundation for long-term enterprise expansion in APAC.

What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers across China and APAC.
- Establish regional account strategies, operating rhythms, and engagement best practices.
- Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on expansion, platform adoption, and revenue growth.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver complex customer solutions.
- Ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams across time zones.
- Exceed a consumption-based revenue target with accurate forecasting.
- Lead customer engagements including QBRs, executive briefings, and regional meetings.
- Analyze account metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Stay informed on AI and Generative Media developments to shape customer strategy and provide product feedback.

What You’ll Bring
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- 6+ years managing enterprise customers, selling to software developers, engineering, or data teams.
- Proven success managing $10M+ annual revenue portfolios and meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Experience working autonomously in high-growth environments, ideally as an early regional or GTM hire.
- Strong record of managing complex enterprise relationships.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and navigating large organizations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and responsiveness.
- Ability to work remotely with distributed teams across APAC, US, and beyond.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.

Compensation
- 252,000 - 294,000 AUD base salary.
