The Nodal Trust & Safety Investigator will act as Vultr India’s official liaison with legal authorities, supporting communication with federal, regional, and local agencies, and managing lawful requests for user data. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, collaborating with law enforcement, verifying legal requests, and ensuring compliance with Indian regulations such as the IT Act 2000, DPDPA, and Intermediary Guidelines 2021. The role requires cross-team collaboration, handling sensitive information, and working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be able to work in New Delhi, India, and pass a background check.
