Responsibilities include owning the inbound pipeline end-to-end, improving lead scoring and routing, building pipeline reporting, testing new channels and paid experiments, automating call prep and creating sales assets (decks, case studies, demo assets), keeping POCs on track, turning closed deals into reference stories, automating recurring internal workflows, building agents and automations across HRIS, CRM, Notion and Slack, managing internal tooling, prototyping fast, shipping company-wide tools, helping open new offices and set up new countries, owning onboarding from contract to first week, redesigning people processes, making HRIS the single source of truth with automations, and running the operational side of hiring including scheduling and interview logistics.
