With your experience in software (pre-)sales and your knack for good conversations, you build initial relationships, conduct intro calls, and excite companies about our innovative solution. You are the interface between our go-to-market team and lay the foundation for our success. With your expertise and passion for sales, you manage to convince companies of amber and build long-term partnerships.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct qualified initial conversations with potential customers, identify their challenges, and excite them about our AI platform.
- Identify and qualify high-quality leads to ensure our Account Executive team is optimally prepared.
- Win new customers through email outreach, social selling, and other channels that work best for you.
- Understand our customers' individual problems and work with them on tailored solutions.
- Develop targeted campaigns with the marketing team for specific industries.
- Analyze current trends and derive new opportunities for marketing and sales.
- Support actively in automating and making sales processes more efficient.
**Qualifications:**
- First experience in B2B SaaS sales or a comparable sales role.
- Strong sense for the needs of new customers and quick recognition of sales potentials.
- Confident handling of lead databases and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
- Clear, convincing communication in German and English.
- Either familiar with artificial intelligence topics or motivated to learn.
- Preferably based in NRW, as the team meets regularly in offices.
