We offer three grades of tailored suit: machine stitched, half hand-stitched and fully hand-stitched. All of our suits start with pattern creation, done by hand and retained for all future orders.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Strategy & Operations Manager to be the operational force multiplier for the Business Systems and IT team. This is a critical hybrid role responsible for driving the team’s execution discipline, ensuring financial accountability for our software portfolio, and leading complex, cross-functional programs.

This manager will own the "How" we work—from managing the project intake process to ensuring every software dollar spent directly enables Dandy’s high-growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing project management frameworks for IT and Business Systems initiatives.
- Managing critical cross-functional programs from scoping to hypercare.
- Ensuring governance and documentation standards.
- Partnering with IT/BS Leads for resource planning.
- Managing software vendor renewals, tracking contracts, and optimizing software spend.
- Supporting budget planning and vendor negotiations.
- Leading process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Measuring operational balance between reactive support and strategic development.
- Communicating project status and risks to leadership.

Qualifications include:
- 5+ years in a technology environment, with 3+ years managing IT projects or operations.
- Proven project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience with software asset management, vendor negotiation, and budgets.
- Knowledge of process documentation methodologies.
- Strong communication skills.

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of enterprise systems like Salesforce, ERP, or iPaaS solutions.
