Working closely with the Enterprise Marketing Director, the Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for creating demand generation strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, aligning sales and marketing efforts, analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and utilizing marketing automation tools. The role involves conducting market research, nurturing leads, and optimizing ROI through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in demand or performance marketing, proficiency with Hubspot and analytics tools, and strong communication and project management skills. Healthcare IT B2B marketing or startup experience is a plus.
