Description
- The zetcom group develops and offers globally leading software solutions and services for a variety of customer scenarios in the field of Collection Management Software (SaaS).
- With over 1100 international customers and more than 7000 users, our 100 employees from the headquarters in Switzerland and our branches in Germany, USA, France, Spain, Finland, Australia, and our global distribution partners support them.
- We are looking to strengthen our team, which leads projects for the introduction of MuseumPlus and eMuseumPlus for new customers and the realization of change requests, to enhance our customer proximity in the emerging Benelux region, connected to the Berlin branch, with a start date to be agreed upon for a Project Manager (w/m/d), permanent, 80-100%, fully remote.
- Responsibilities include implementing our software solutions in museums, planning and controlling customer projects, demonstrating standard features, analyzing customer requirements, and effective communication with stakeholders.
