  • The General Manager Europe will lead regional commercial activities, manage teams, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth in Europe's key markets.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing revenue growth, operational efficiency, high-level negotiations, market analysis, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and deep understanding of the European payments ecosystem.

Requirements
  • 10+ years in Payments, Fintech, SaaS or e-commerce, leading commercial teams and driving expansion in European markets.
  • Strong B2B enterprise sales background, ideally within large e-commerce or high-volume digital businesses.
  • Experience in operations, strategy, consulting or business development, with proven P&L ownership.
  • Deep understanding of the European payments ecosystem (acquirers, PSPs, APMs, regulations).
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales and account management teams in fast-growth environments.
  • Experience working with matrixed teams and influencing Engineering and Product priorities.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including C-Level engagement.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
