Description
- Yondr is hiring a hands-on Part-Time Recruiter to provide recruiting support as the company scales its hiring efforts, with primary focus on building the Educational Sales team.
- The role partners closely with the Lead Recruiter and hiring managers to manage multiple searches, represent Yondr to prospective candidates, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring support), aligning with hiring managers on role requirements and priorities, conducting initial recruiter screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate ATS records, and ensuring candidates move efficiently through the hiring process while representing Yondr’s mission and culture.
