Xapo Bank is establishing a Structured Solutions function to own and expand its product offering across yield products, tokenisation, asset-backed lending and other structures at the intersection of digital assets and traditional finance.
The Head of Structured Solutions will own an established, revenue-generating credit fund and its counterparty relationships, report to the CFO, set the house view and product strategy, interface with an external licensed Investment Manager and the Investment Committee, and have the mandate and budget to grow the team.
Responsibilities include designing and launching structured products from concept to delivery, owning comprehensive due diligence and ongoing credit risk oversight, setting exposure and limit frameworks, originating counterparties, supporting legal negotiations, overseeing fund operations and NAV processes, liaising with treasury and banking functions, and building and mentoring the Structured Solutions team.
The role includes a structured transition period with outgoing team members to absorb institutional knowledge.
