- The role involves leading content strategy across YouTube and Instagram, scripting and storyboarding videos, ghostwriting scripts for the CEO, coordinating filming, capturing customer case studies, monitoring industry trends, and analyzing content performance.
- The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and editors, to produce engaging content that resonates with restaurant owners and operators.
- The position requires a full-time, office-based presence in the Bay Area, with flexibility for nationwide applicants willing to relocate to Silicon Valley.

Requirements
- Experience in social media or content marketing, ideally with YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok
- A strong sense of storytelling and understanding of viral hooks, pacing, and retention strategies
- Proven track record of growing a social audience and driving engagement
- Experience ghostwriting or producing content for executives, thought leaders, or influencers
- Comfort with data, able to analyze YT/IG data and translate analytics into insights
- Passion for restaurants, hospitality, or small business entrepreneurship (bonus if relevant experience exists)
- Video editing skills (nice to have, not required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to be based in the Bay Area offices 5 days per week
