We are searching for a Solutions Architect to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world.
You will work with an amazing team, building relationships and ensuring the products and services offered by SalesCloser.ai are utilized by clients throughout Canada and the US.
The Solutions Architect is responsible for showcasing, teaching, and guiding new customers on how to properly set up and configure AI agents using the platform.
This role does not focus on building every agent on behalf of the client, but instead ensures customers understand best practices, configurations, and workflows so they can successfully create and manage their own AI agents.
Acting as a key bridge between Sales, Technical Account Managers, and Customer Success, this role owns the onboarding experience from kickoff through handoff, ensuring customers leave onboarding confident, informed, and aligned with platform standards.
Responsibilities include leading onboarding sessions, educating on best practices, translating business goals into agent structures, guiding clients through onboarding, managing expectations, maintaining communication, collecting information, overseeing timelines, ensuring quality standards, providing additional guidance, and coordinating handoff to the Customer Success Team.
The role requires minimum 3 years of experience in onboarding, enablement, or customer success roles, experience teaching or guiding customers through technical tools, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.
The work environment expects candidates to provide their own workstation, work standard business hours on Pacific Time, and may include background checks.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding, enablement, implementation support, or customer success roles.
Experience teaching or guiding customers through technical or semi-technical tools.
Strong ability to explain complex concepts in clear, non-technical language.
Client-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple onboarding processes.
Comfortable working cross-functionally while owning the onboarding experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Great time management and solid communication skills (writing, phone).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Experience with AI platforms or related technologies is a plus.
