Description
- Unknown Worlds is seeking an experienced senior producer to work on the Subnautica franchise.
- The role leads end-to-end production for one or more game projects, features, or development teams; partners with creative, technical, and production leadership to translate the game's vision into actionable development plans; establishes and maintains project roadmaps, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and priorities; coordinates work across multiple disciplines to ensure teams have the information and resources they need; identifies risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and resource constraints; provides leadership with clear verbal and written reporting on progress, risks, and decisions; identifies and vets co-development partners; manages key relationships including development partners and publishers; and coaches and mentors team members to establish expectations and improve performance.
