Description
- The Senior Performance Support Specialist focuses on performance tuning of Unit4 Financials by Coda before and after go-live, troubleshooting performance issues across new implementations (projects) and existing implementations (BAU) covering both technical and application aspects.
- The role develops enhanced, proactive monitoring, detection and remediation of performance issues and continuous performance tuning processes to maintain optimal performance levels.
- The specialist will comply with company information security requirements and business procedures and work as one of three team members (alongside a Senior Performance & Optimisation Consultant and a Database Administrator) delivering proactive performance and technical support.
- The position is fully remote with occasional customer visits required.
