Description
- Unit4 builds software for organizations that serve others: in government, education, nonprofits, and professional services.
- We are investing in our next generation of products, and we are looking for an experienced product manager to take new products from first idea to customers in production.
- You will own a product end to end.
- You will run the discovery, shape the definition, work hand in hand with design and an AI-assisted development team to build it at pace, and keep improving it once it is live.
- This is a role for someone who has done the full job before and wants to do it again, faster and closer to the customer than most environments allow.
- You will run discovery and research with customers and prospects to find the problem worth solving, then design, prototype, and test solutions together with them.
- You will prioritize ruthlessly and own the backlog, the release plan, and the quality bar for your product.
- You will stay accountable for whether the product gets adopted, not only whether it ships.

Requirements
- An experienced product manager with ownership of products across the full development lifecycle: research and discovery, requirements and definition, design, and launch.
- Deep domain expertise in HR, finance, or project management software; expertise with an ERP is a plus.
- Real comfort working directly with customers, designers, product marketing, and sales.
- A bias to ship and a love of seeing real products in customers’ hands.
- AI-native ways of working with a personal repository of agents, automations, and skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and pace.
