Description
- UASI is seeking an experienced Manager to join our team providing leadership and overall client management for our strategic and managed services clients.
- The role involves collaborating with leadership to develop operational structures, serving as the engagement leader for managed service clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with clients, monitoring profit margins, leading project milestones, and providing mentorship to staff.
- Additionally, the role includes business development activities such as identifying solution opportunities, collaborating with client success managers, and cultivating trusted client relationships.
- The candidate will be responsible for client satisfaction, revenue, and margin attainment, with qualifications including a bachelor's degree (preferred), active credentials from AHIMA, AAPC, or ACDIS, and 3-5 years of management and consulting experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, coding, HIM, risk adjustment, and related areas.
