Requirements
  • Extensive experience serving in a senior-level athletic administration role (Athletic Director, Deputy AD, Senior Associate AD) at a Non-DI institution—ideally DIII or with strong DIII connections
  • Direct experience purchasing and implementing Teamworks products
  • Deep understanding of athletic department operations, budgets, decision-making processes, and challenges facing Non-D1 programs
  • Proven ability to build authentic, trust-based relationships with Athletic Directors and executive leadership at the collegiate level
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a metrics-driven environment
  • Comfort with rejection, persistence, and maintaining optimism during long sales cycles
