Description
- Tract Capital adopts a unique approach to digital infrastructure investment, leveraging decades of experience to support and develop digital infrastructure enterprises.
- The Microsoft 365 Administrator will serve as a key technical resource responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Responsibilities include managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, configuring security policies, troubleshooting, supporting end-users, automating workflows, and collaborating with internal teams and MSPs.
- The role also involves providing Tier 2/3 support, assisting with desktop support, and maintaining IT documentation.
- The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Power Platform, scripting, IAM solutions, and working with managed services providers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft EntraID
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Familiarity with Intune and endpoint management
- Understanding of security best practices, compliance policies, and Microsoft Defender solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex IT issues
- Experience providing desktop support and working with a managed services provider
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with identity and access management solutions (IAM) and single sign-on (SSO) technologies
- Experience with ShareGate
- Experience with RMM tools
