Description
- At Topsort, we are a rapidly growing, global company dedicated to democratizing advertising technology with a focus on privacy and AI.
- As an Account Executive in the EMEA region, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by targeting retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps, managing the full sales cycle, and developing industry expertise.
- You will build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams, and customize product demos to client needs.
- The role requires ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for retail media and marketplace monetization.
- Working closely with the co-founders and team, you will contribute to shaping the future of Retail Media and make a tangible impact in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from top universities, preferably in STEM majors such as economics, engineering, finance, or data.
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles with ownership over outcomes and deals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Quick learner with curiosity for retail media, auctions, and marketplace monetization.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally; remote work setup.
