Description
- Tietoevry is seeking an experienced Middle C/C++ RAN Telecom Software Engineer to join their R&D team.
- The role involves software specification, implementation, integration, testing, and CI development for telecom components in 5G systems.
- Responsibilities include embedded software engineering, protocol implementation in line with 3GPP standards, and working with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Gerrit, and CMake.
- The position requires understanding of 5G architecture, embedded systems on Linux or RTOS, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Nice-to-have qualifications include a degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science, Python scripting, MATLAB, Wireshark/QXDM, and English proficiency.

Requirements
- Experience in C/C++ for embedded network applications
- Good understanding of 5G architecture and protocols
- Familiar with 3GPP specifications
- Understanding of embedded systems running on Linux or RTOS
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Gerrit)
