Description
- We’re looking for a founding front end software developer to build out and scale our customer facing platform.
- You’ll be responsible for building polished, high performance interfaces that communicate our core values, and give developers a clear, seamless path into our product.
- You’ll work directly with the founders and product team to ship a UI that is fast, elegant and secure.
- The role involves working with modern front-end frameworks like React and TypeScript, CSS proficiency including Tailwind CSS, and understanding build tools such as Vite and Astro.
- Responsibilities include translating Figma designs into production, building reusable components, and collaborating on full stack integration, authentication flows, and session management.
- Soft skills required include ownership, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Success is measured by a modern, fast, and reliable front end that ships features quickly, maintains high performance and quality, and provides a polished user experience.

Requirements
- Expertise in modern front-end frameworks, ideally React for dashboard views and authenticated UX.
- Strong TypeScript fundamentals across build systems.
- Proficiency in CSS, including Tailwind CSS, SCSS modules, CSS variables, and utility patterns.
- Experience with pnpm monorepos and workspace development.
- Understanding of modern build tooling such as Vite and Astro.
- Ability to troubleshoot SSR/SSG issues and deploy pipelines.
- Experience building or maintaining design systems or component libraries.
- Strong opinion on frontend codebase organization.
- Some experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GenAI workflows, or related toolchains.
- Ability to translate Figma designs into production-ready code.
- Experience with reusable components and layout systems.
- Ability to reason about backend/API design for frontend integration.
- Experience with authentication flows and session management.
- Willingness to refine Cloudflare Worker endpoints when helpful.
- Great communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to own features end-to-end with minimal guidance.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
