Description
  • The Agency Fund seeks an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, evaluate, deploy, and improve AI/ML systems that power the organization's platforms and partner applications (e.g., AI coaches, clinical copilots, advisory chatbots, and evaluation infrastructure).
  • The role involves serving as an ML expert for NGO partners, translating AI research and evaluation best practices into production tools, playbooks, and frameworks; contributing to open-source tools like Calibrate; collaborating with behavioral scientists and researchers to create reusable solutions; documenting technical decisions; staying current with applied AI research; providing advice and mentorship to NGOs; organizing workshops; conducting site visits to observe operations and draft technical recommendations; and owning end-to-end technical work with an emphasis on practical, user-centered, and responsible AI solutions.
