Description
  • Tangible is a tech-enabled platform providing liquidity solutions across private equity, private credit, and real assets in the secondaries ecosystem.
  • The Director on the Deal Team will partner with the founders to own the firm's most complex and strategically important transactions end-to-end, personally leading live deals across GP-led continuation vehicles, LP portfolio sales, direct secondaries, fund-of-funds liquidity, and NAV/preferred solutions.
  • The role includes originating proprietary deal flow, building and maintaining senior relationships with GPs, LPs and advisors, representing Tangible externally, setting execution standards, managing and mentoring the deal team, and working with Product, BD, Compliance and founders to translate deal experience into standardised workflows and platform capabilities.
  • The Director will operate within applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g., FINRA, FCA) and liaise with internal compliance and external counsel on jurisdictional requirements.
