Description
- The position is for a Cisco SD-WAN Engineer with 3-7 years of enterprise network operations experience.
- Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining Cisco Viptela SD-WAN environments, configuring routers, tunnels, VPNs, and routing policies, performing site turn-ups, migrations, and ISP circuit integrations.
- Support for Fortinet SD-WAN using FortiGate appliances is preferred.
- The role also involves monitoring SD-WAN health, troubleshooting issues related to IPSec, routing, latency, packet loss, and jitter, and supporting hybrid SD-WAN connectivity between branch sites, data centers, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Maintaining accurate network documentation, supporting audits, and providing knowledge transfer are also key tasks.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of hands-on enterprise network operations experience
- Strong experience with Cisco Viptela SD-WAN (vManage, vSmart, vBond, Edge Devices)
- Experience with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IPSec, VPN, QoS, NAT, ACLs
- Knowledge of WAN technologies: MPLS, DIA, Broadband, LTE/5G
- CCNA certification (required)
- CCNP Enterprise or SD-WAN certification (preferred)
