Description
- The position requires 3–7 years of enterprise network operations experience, with strong expertise in Cisco Viptela SD-WAN (vManage, vSmart, vBond, Edge Devices), routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and VPN technologies.
- Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining SD-WAN environments, configuring routers, tunnels, and policies, performing site migrations, and supporting Fortinet SD-WAN appliances.
- The role also involves monitoring network health, troubleshooting connectivity issues, supporting hybrid cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure), and maintaining accurate documentation.
- The candidate will participate in change management, support escalations, and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Certifications such as CCNA are required, with CCNP Enterprise or SD-WAN preferred.
