As a fully remote, globally distributed team, we’re looking for a Customer Experience Engineer to be the voice of our brand across social platforms and support users directly via email and video calls.
The role involves troubleshooting front-end technologies like Vite, React, Tailwind, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, creating support resources, and surfacing community insights to inform product development.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, technical troubleshooting experience, and familiarity with APIs, databases, Chrome DevTools, and AI prompt crafting.
The position offers flexibility, with support hours aligned to Pacific Time, and does not require a college degree or US residency.

Requirements
Comfortable representing the brand publicly and maintaining constructive, kind, on-brand interactions
Experience troubleshooting modern front-end technologies such as Vite, React, Tailwind, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Familiarity with databases, API integrations, and Chrome DevTools
Understanding of LLMs and expertise in crafting effective prompts for AI responses
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly explanations
