Description
- The Client Services Associate provides exceptional office and mail services, delivering operational functions such as processing inbound/outbound mail, distributing mail, shipping and receiving supplies, replenishing office supplies, maintaining copy/print machines, serving as a backup receptionist, and performing light maintenance and cleaning.
- The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, professionalism, and operational support to all employees.
- Responsibilities include managing mail transactions, coordinating with employees, maintaining office equipment, replenishing supplies, supporting meeting setups, and building professional relationships.
- The position requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, knowledge of shipping procedures, and the capacity to work independently.
- Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1+ years of experience preferred, and physical ability to lift and move packages up to 60 lbs.
- The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM or 7:00AM-3:30PM.
