Description

- The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with revenue-generating teams to analyze booking trends, ARR/MRR, churn, and expansion, build forecasting models, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
- Responsibilities include building revenue models, conducting variance and trend analyses, developing scenario models, and supporting product monetization strategies.
- The role requires 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or revenue operations, proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, and experience with CRM and ERP systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Strong communication skills, strategic mindset, and familiarity with revenue metrics such as ARR, churn, and LTV are essential.
- The role offers a salary range of $107,000 to $145,000 annually, with additional benefits including healthcare, flexible vacation, remote work, and professional development programs.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, revenue operations, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis)
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite
- Knowledge of revenue metrics like ARR, churn, expansion, LTV, and CAC payback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI is a plus
- Investment banking experience is a plus but not required
- Advanced degree (MBA) or certifications (CFA/CPA) are a plus but not required
