- As an IT Systems Engineer, you will take the identity plane from working to well-run: automated, governed, and consistent, ensuring access is correct by default.
- You will manage Okta for identity and access management, automate provisioning, structure governance processes, and administer internal IT systems.
- You will also implement compliance controls and partner on device management.

Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience with Okta or a comparable identity provider, including SSO, SCIM, lifecycle automation, and API-driven provisioning.
- Typically 5 or more years in IT systems, identity, or access engineering, including time in a developer-heavy or engineering-led environment.
- Experience building automation with tools like Okta Workflows, n8n, or similar, and comfortable with APIs and webhooks.
- Ability to write clear procedures, standardize processes, and document systems effectively.
- Experience running and integrating a SaaS-based environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance.
- Ability to work well in a fully remote team and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Hands-on Google Workspace administration experience.
