The Sales team responds to incoming queries, promotes Remote’s HR platform, and helps prospects understand product value.
The SDR will respond to outbound leads, source new prospects, communicate Remote’s value, support Account Executives, and identify key decision-makers.
The role involves cold calling, researching prospects, and presenting solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
The position reports to the Manager of Outbound Sales Development and is based in the EMEA region.

The salary range is between $31,500 and $70,950 USD, with the base salary constituting 70% of OTE, dependent on location and experience.

Requirements
Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
Able to think strategically and tactically. Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Self Starter. proactive and brings new ideas to the team
Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
Demonstrated success in the key responsibilities listed
