The role involves sourcing new sales prospects, qualifying leads, communicating Remote’s value propositions, supporting the sales team, and creating target prospect lists.
The position reports to the Manager of Outbound Sales Development and is based in the EMEA region, with a flexible, async work environment that emphasizes ownership, proactive engagement, and work-life balance.

Requirements
Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
Able to think strategically and tactically
Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
Self Starter, proactive and brings new ideas to the team
Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
Fluency in English, French & Dutch
