- The client is an NYC-headquartered growth marketing and analytics agency serving e-commerce brands in fashion, beauty, and wellness.
- The Performance Marketing Manager is a hybrid role combining performance marketing strategy, account management, and client success.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for ~4–6 e-commerce clients, lead client calls and performance conversations, develop paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms, review client financials and forecasts to determine budgets, manage and optimize account performance, identify creative opportunities and develop briefs with the creative team, work closely with account specialists for execution, use proprietary dashboards to surface trends and opportunities, analyze creative performance, audiences and attribution, and translate complex data into clear business recommendations while proactively identifying ways to improve client performance and internal processes.
