Description
  • The Valet Attendant ensures the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. The Valet Attendant is responsible for responding quickly to customers’ requests and providing caring interactions with all guests at their assigned location. The Valet Attendant works closely with fellow team members, Operation Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that quality and safety standards are met at all times as well as adhering to state and local laws.
  • Position: Overnight Valet Parking Attendant
  • Location: Various Locations in Miami Beach, Surfside, and Bal Harbour
  • Shifts: Overnight Shifts
  • Pay Rate: $14-$15/hour Plus Cash Tips
  • Valet experience required; applicants should be proficient in vehicle handling and guest service.
  • The Valet Attendant ensures the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. The Valet Attendant is responsible for responding quickly to customers’ requests and providing caring interactions with all guests at their assigned location. The Valet Attendant works closely with fellow team members, Operation Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that quality and safety standards are met at all times as well as adhering to state and local laws.
  • Key Responsibilities include retrieving keys and vehicles, building customer rapport, acting as a courteous brand ambassador, directing traffic, inspecting vehicles, handling payments, assisting guests, and reporting incidents. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Skills required include at least 18 years of age, valid driver’s license, ability to operate manual transmission vehicles, excellent communication skills, acceptable driving record, quick learning ability, and previous valet experience preferred.

  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Acceptable driving record and motor vehicle report (MVR)
  • Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making
  • Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination
  • Ability to move from valet stand to customer cars by walking or running for extended periods
  • Previous valet experience preferred
