Description
- This role is responsible for shaping how AI drives real impact in digital healthcare at Redcare Pharmacy by building scalable, production-ready ML and generative AI solutions.
- The Senior AI Engineer will design, build and evolve ML and generative AI systems for customer-facing and operational use cases, develop robust end-to-end pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement, and act as AI Technical Owner shaping the technical roadmap.
- The role collaborates closely with product, engineering, data and business stakeholders, explores and implements cutting-edge AI advancements, and contributes to governance, experimentation, model quality, versioning, observability and compliance practices in a regulated environment.
