- You will serve as the trusted finance business partner for Pharma Operations and Human Resources within the Financial Planning & Cost Controlling team, owning planning, forecasting and reporting processes, delivering monthly performance analyses and variance reporting, analyzing financial performance and operational KPIs to identify opportunities and drive impact, improving forecasting and planning methodologies, supporting strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and business case development, and partnering with senior leadership to influence strategic initiatives across a fast-growing international company.
